Every blade on this page is made on demand and welded to the length you specify, rather than sold in fixed stock sizes. Choose a grade, then a width, gauge and tooth count, then enter your length in feet, inches and eighths. Blade lines run up to 45 feet, and the shortest length available depends on the line: Flex Back starts at 3 feet, most other lines at 4 to 8 feet, and the heaviest carbide-tipped lines at 10 feet.
Carbon steel band saw blades are the economical choice for general-purpose and utility cutting, and they handle materials ranging from carbon steel and aluminum to fiberglass and wood. Bi-metal band saw blades combine a high-speed steel tooth tip with a flexible alloy backing and are the usual choice for metal sawing. Carbide-tipped band saw blades are intended for the hardest and most abrasive materials.
