Ordering Bandsaw Blades

Bandsaw blades are made to the specifications you request on the order,
not taken from stock on a shelf.
If the wrong size is ordered, the blade is not returnable,
if we send the wrong size, the error will be corrected.
Bandsaw blades are normally delivered within 7 to 10 business from date of order.

Pricing and Delivery

Pricing and Delivery prices as shown on the site are for Continental US Deliveries only.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be at additional cost.

Sales Tax

On June 21, 2018, the United States Supreme Court fundamentally changed the rules for collection
of sales tax by Internet-based retailers. In its decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair Inc., the Court
effectively stated that individual states can require online sellers to collect state sales tax on their sales.
We only collect sales tax on purchases shipped to any state that our Nexus level has been met.
If you have a re-seller license, you can enter your seller number and information during check out to avoid the sales tax.
If sales or use tax is not collected by us and your State requires use tax to be collected on internet purchases,
it is your responsibility to pay the tax to your state.
Duties, taxes or brokerage fees to a non-US address are your responsibility.

Shipping to address outside the Continental U.S.

We do offer this service, but it is done on an order by order basis.

Use of Purchase Orders

Can I send in a purchase order to make a purchase?

Cyber Woodworking Depot, LLC - ToolCenter.com does accept purchase orders in order to generate price quotes that can be filled using a credit card or check.
All orders must be paid for before any item is shipped, we do not offer open accounts.
They can be faxed to 413-536-0796 or emailed as a PDF document to orders@toolcenter.com.

What information should be included on the purchase order?

Purchase orders must contain all of the following elements:
Name, phone number, and email address of person ordering, Company name, address, and phone number, Products requested, including quantity.
If your purchase order form does not contain fields for this information, a separate attached page should be faxed as well.

Upon receiving a purchase order, a price quote will be prepared for your company.
This price quote can be filled at any time within the time frame stated on the quote using a credit card or company check.
Wire transfers, though discouraged, are available to companies that have no other option.
Upon payment of the price quote, product will be shipped to the delivery address specified on the quotation.
